Instructions can be send to EULAN Central Office.
This can be done by post, fax or email. EULAN also enables you to send your cases in digital formats such as CSV and XLS.
The data or files are uploaded into the EULAN database. Relevant documents, such as invoices and correspondences, are linked to the claims. EULAN Central Office sends the digital claim to the local partner abroad.
The local partner initiates the collection process and reports through a specially developed online application to EULAN Central Office. As a client you also have access to your claims through this online application. This enables you to closely track the collection process.
