EULAN respects the privacy of the visitors of her web sites. This privacy policy describes our practices regarding the privacy of information that we collect through her websites, which are hosted and operated from the Netherlands.

2. Processing of data
The party responsible for data processing is EULAN, Stationsplein 23, 4872 XL Etten-Leur, the Netherlands. EULAN ensures that the personal information which is supplied will be handled confidentially and is addressed in accordance with the laws on the protection of personal data.
EULAN gathers two basic types of information through her websites: “Personal Information” ( information from which an individual can be identified) and “Aggregate Information” ( information from which an individual cannot be identified).
When you visit and interact with the Site, EULAN and third parties with whom EULAN has contracted to provide services to EULAN, thus including the EULAN Local Offices, may collect anonymous information from three sources: server log files, cookies, and “pixel tags”.
Server Log Files
Your Internet Protocol (IP) address is an identifying number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This number is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you visit the Site, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited. In principle IP addresses are not linked to information that would identify you, unless you have given your explicit permission for this. Pixel Tags

7. Assignment
We reserve the right to transfer any and all information that we collect from users of the Site to a third party in the event of any merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of EULAN’s assets or stock (including without limitation in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
